Shaho Najim Ahmad

Shaho Najim Ahmad is the Director General of Investment for the Raparin Independent Administration in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. A legal professional and public sector leader with over 15 years of executive experience, he specializes in investment strategy, regulatory frameworks, and regional economic growth. He previously served as the founding director of both the Directorate of Investment and the Directorate of State Properties in Raparin, establishing key government frameworks from the ground up. Shaho holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Sulaimani and actively serves on the Raparin Investment Support Board and the Ranya Municipal Council.
