Mantas Adomenas
Dr. Mantas Adomėnas is a Lithuanian scholar and politician who served in the Lithuanian Parliament from 2008 to 2020 and is the former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania.

He was later the deputy minister of foreign affairs (2020-2023) in the administration of Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė. Dr. Adomėnas earned his Ph.D. in Classics from the University of Cambridge. He is currently a Senior Research Fellow at the Baltic Institute of Advanced Technology and also serves as a board member of OSMOS, a Lithuanian think-and-do-tank based in Vilnius devoted to building international partnerships with countries beyond Europe.
