Leadership and Innovation Program (The Foundation - Koya Lab 14 Sep 2024)
Foundation Lab Koya is excited to offer the Leadership and Innovation Program from September 14 to October 26, 2024. Each group will meet at Foundation Lab two days a week. A typical day includes four hours of lessons: 09:00 AM to 1:00 PM divided on two separate dates.
Leadership & Innovation

Storytelling & 3D-Printing (12-18 years old): Join us on a journey into the art of storytelling, where you will master the craft of creating captivating and inspiring narratives. Enhance your creativity through engaging sessions and hands-on activities tailored to unlock your storytelling potential. Additionally, gain valuable technical skills in modern 3D printing and design crafting. Our expert trainer, with a decade of experience teaching in engineering colleges, will guide you every step of the way.

 

Design Thinking & Entrepreneurship Mindset (19-35 years old): Master Design Thinking—a structured problem-solving approach that fosters empathy, creativity, and prototyping. Learn to address challenges innovatively and create impactful solutions through hands-on exercises. You will also cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset, guiding you towards starting your own business and undertaking a path of self-promotion.

 

Management, Financial and Reflexive Leadership Skills (19-35 years old)Learn about "Management, Financial and Reflexive Leadership Skills" through this program, designed for young adults aged 19-35. It focuses on developing effective management practices, strategic financial planning, and the ability to reflect on leadership decisions. Participants will learn how to make informed financial decisions, manage teams, and lead with self-awareness. The program emphasizes critical thinking, adaptability, and ethical leadership. By nurturing these skills, young leaders can enhance their ability to navigate complex business environments. Practical exercises and real-world case studies will prepare participants to lead confidently and honestly.
