Haji Khalid Sulaiman is a prominent businessman, entrepreneur, and social figure with over three decades of leadership in trade, construction, and investment across the Raparin Independent Administration. Since entering the commercial sector in 1994, he has established a strong reputation for regional development, serving as Owner and CEO of four major enterprises: Rawezh Company, HKA Company, Kurdistan Economic Development Company, and Chiai Kawarash Company.
His corporate portfolio includes landmark commercial, educational, and infrastructure developments in the region. Notable completed projects include Ranya Mall—the city's first official commercial mall—the 18-kilometer Hizop-Chwarqurna Highway, a 24-unit Auto Showroom Complex, and the Kurd Genius Educational Complex. Haji Khalid is currently leading major regional expansion initiatives, including the 1,200-unit Ranya Heights residential community, as well as the Ranya Arami and Raparin Arami Corniche projects.
