Kedi Välba is the CEO and Member of the Board of Aktors and an active member of the Estonian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications. 
Aktors is an Estonian software development company with expertise in e-governance and interoperability solutions and the digitalisation of Justice, Finance, and Homeland Security.

Aktors develops custom software solutions, from analysis to implementation, and offers consultation and end-user training. Aktors has developed the Court Information System for the Sulaymaniyah Governorate. Aktors is the current Chair for Europe in the EU D4D Hub PSAG, a member of the Global Gateway BAG and the Lead for GovStack Information Mediator Building block working group. 
Aktors is also a Cluster Partner of the Estonian ICT Cluster and a member of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Estonian Defence & Space Industry Association. The Estonian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications is the umbrella organisation of the Estonian ICT sector, with around 140 members.
