With over 19 years of IT experience across the public and private sectors, including academia, Rozha brings a rich blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to digital transformation. Her career has been marked by impactful collaborations with organizations spanning diverse industries, helping them navigate the ever-evolving technological landscape confidently and clearly.

Rozha holds a Master’s in Computer Science from Newcastle University (UK) and earned her PhD in Digital Transformation and eGovernment from Tallinn University of Technology (Estonia). Her academic journey has profoundly shaped her approach to research and teaching, positioning her at the intersection of innovation, policy, and practical application.

She is also working as a digital transformation expert and consultant, as well as a senior software engineer. Rozha bridges the gap between business objectives and IT strategies. Her consultancy work has led her to play key roles in several international projects focusing on digital transformation roadmaps, business process reengineering, information system design and implementation, change management, cybersecurity data assessment, and digital maturity assessments.

Rozha has dedicated over a decade of her career to Research and Development (R&D) in the digital transformation of the justice sector. A standout accomplishment includes designing and implementing an eCourt system—an innovative solution developed as a design science artefact through five years of in-depth research.

In academia, Rozha is passionate about creating an engaging, real-world-focused learning environment. She combines academic rigour with hands-on experience to prepare students for impactful careers in IT. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes practical application, critical thinking, and innovation, using case studies, current industry trends, and research-driven insights to bridge theory and practice.
