Dr. Nehaa Sharma is on a mission to build a global startup ecosystem that drives sustainability, scalability, and cross-border growth. As Founder & Director of Acxelerate India, she is championing tech transfer, commercialisation, and international market access for startups.  

With a Doctorate in Entrepreneurship and 16+ years of experience, Nehaa has worked across enterprises, startups, academia, and policymakers to shape high-impact ecosystems. She was the former CEO of CrAdLE EDII, where she led initiatives to strengthen startup sustainability and global expansion.  

A Top 100 Women in India (Zee News & Glantorx, 2022) awardee and Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards Jury Member (2023), she has spoken at 100+ global forums. She has mentored 100,000+ entrepreneurs, evaluated 1,000+ tech startups, and collaborated with NASSCOM CoE on Industry 4.0.  

Nehaa also drives women’s leadership as a Program leader for Iron Lady, aiming to empower one million women. She is a Certified Design Thinking Practitioner and a Visiting Faculty at top B-schools.
